Chinese Delegation visits King Abdulaziz Public Library

Riyadh, September 29, SPA -- King Abdulaziz Public Library has
recently received a Chinese delegation led by Vice-President of
Beijing University Professor Jean How Lein within the framework of
the ongoing arrangements to open a branch for the library at Beijing
university.

Dr Abdel-Karim al-Zeid, the Deputy Supervisor of the Library,
briefed the Chinese delegation on the Library and its documents and
manuscripts as well as its cultural and scientific activities.

The head of the Chinese delegation hoped that the library would play
a significant role as regards enhancing relations between the Arab
nation and the rest of the world.

He expressed happiness for opening a branch for the library at
Beijing University.
