The prices for gasoline decrease
Shymkent, October 03 2009, Khabar - The gasoline has started to arrive to the stations in South Kazakhstan and the prices have immediately felled. The lowest price for the liter of A-80 has reached 48 tenge, AI-92 – 64 tenge. This is the result of work made by the region government and Agency on protection of a competition. They have agreed on the gasoline issue with its main supplier – “Turgai Petroleum” company. Oil industry workers were obliged to put 13 thousand tons of gasoline in the region in short terms. Within last 10 days the south was in a gasoline fever. Cost of 92nd gasoline has reached 100 tenge for liter. But retail trade has practically stopped – it was possible to receive fuel only under coupons. Deficiency of fuel has been appeared because two from four suppliers within two months have not put any petroleum products to the region. One of these companies is “Turgai Petroleum”. Its representatives have explained absence of deliveries by the long coordination with the central management in Russia
Meldebek Myrzahmetov, the chief of inter-regional antimonopoly inspection:
Now they have already completely provided, delivered gasoline. The price is lower, therefore there are no lines. The realization under coupons and retail selling takes place all over the region.
