The Global climate change summit in New York

New York, October 03, 2009, khabar - It has taken place on the 64th General Assembly of UNO. Politicians discussed the necessity of force mobilization in order to prevent the climate catastrophe.
During the last century the temperature on the planet has increased on 0.6 degree. Such change is not felt by the human organism, but it can bring the global melt of glaciers and make the real catastrophe. The groups of interactice discussion of the problem have been created on the summit. At round table sessions politicians told about the necessity of full transformation of economics of the countries. It is necessary for the stable development and low level of gas extractions into the atmosphere. Kazakhstan has accepted the obligations developed by the international organizations for prevention of climatic accident. For example, the requirements of the Kyoto report directed on decrease of harmful emissions in atmosphere that lead to climate warming.

Nurgali Ashimov, the minister of the environment preservation of RK:
-Kazakhstan has confirmed that all undertaken requirements within the limits of Kyoto have been executed. Some countries, even developed ones, execute all the requirements. The postiton of Kazakhstan is that if we have signed the protocol – we follow it.

Nurgali Ashimov thinks that the problem could be solved with help of the rational using of Central Asian countries energy sources. He has maintained that Kazakhstan is ready s ready to retaliatory measures on the climate preservation that the world community has offered. In this connection Astana intends to expand the obligations on reduction of emissions of hotbed gases. However, before has it is necessary to make a careful estimation of the purposes which Kazakhstan could reach on this direction. The General Secretary of the United Nations Organization Pan Gi Moon said that all the countries should support the efforts directed on reduction of emissions of hotbed gases by granting of financial assets.
