Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Saud Heads Kingdom`s Delegation to UNESCO
Paris, October 07, SPA-- Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al
Saud, the Minister of Education, headed the delegation of the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia to the 35th session of the General Conference of
United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization
(UNESCO) which started in Paris on Tuesday.
On this occasion, Dr. Ziad Al-Drees, the Representative of the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to UNESCO held a reception party at UNESCO
headquarters in honor of the Prince and his accompanying delegation .
The General Conference elected Irina Bokova, Director-General of the
Organization to succeed Koïchiro Matsuura.
