Heads of 11 construction companies are convicted for money plunders
Astana, October 07, 2009 (Khabar) - 13 building companies are convicted of swindle. Their heads who have deceived more than 3 thousand of shareholders have been called to account. The official representative of financial police Murat Zhumanbay has informed about it today in Astana.
According to financial police the sum of damage is 14 and a half billions tenge, about 2 billion are compensated to the victims.
16 more criminal cases in sphere of share building are investigated now. Foreigners have also participated in frauds. Particularly the head of the company «Akzhaik of LTD. », the citizen of Turkey is put on the wanted list in Almaty. He has deceived shareholders on 100 million tenge. Murat Zhumanbaj has noticed that problems of share building have touched basically inhabitants of Almaty and Astana.

- Heads of «Brazers Company», Lakisov and Lakisova, are convicted by 8 and 7 years of imprisonment. They carried out illegal enterprise activity in sphere of share building and have stolen money resources of 588 shareholders in the sum 4.5 billion tenge.
The representative of financial police also told about new details of case of Emergency Situations vice-minister Ablay Sabdalin. He was arrested for giving a 45 thousand dollars bribe. The investigation has showed that Sabdalin tried to bribe a worker of financial police in order to hide the illegal spend of more than 2 billion tenge.
