New social program
Astana, October 08, 2009 (Khabar) - Increase of life quality and social prosperity of every Kazakhstani family is the main idea of program “Yerten ushin ayanba” that was presented by People’s Democratic Party “Nur Otan” and the Ministry of labor and social protection. The document was prepared with help of deputies of Majilis in accordance with “Kazakhstan-2030” long-term strategy of country’s development.
The aim of the program is to fully provide every citizen of Kazakhstan with information how to organize family business, how to choose a demanded on the market specialization and how solve different juridical issues. The organizers will hold round tables, public hearings and will distribute informational materials among the population.
Darhan Kaletayev, the first deputy of chairman, “Nur Otan” People’s Democratic Party:
- The mission of the program is to contribute to increase of quality of life and social well-being of every family in the country, the acknowledgement of every family about the opportunities that the state offers for solving of different life questions, the growth of economical activity of population and incomes of citizens.
Gulshara Abdykalikova, Minister of Labor and social protection, RK:
- This stage of development supposes not only an allocation of budget means but also the creation of conditions when every citizen could make his own environment to develop, to earn money and to put human resources on higher level.
Aigul Solovyeva, deputy, Majilis of RK:
- The program was much needed, and I think that NGOs would become the participants of this process to bring to every family the idea that if you don’t care about yourself then it is impossible to wait some privileges, subsidies or discounts from the government every time. Otherwise our economics will freeze.
