King Abdullah`s visit to Syria lauded by GCC Secretary-General

Riyadh, Oct 08, SPA -- The Secretary-General of the Gulf
Cooperation Council Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Attiyah commended the
results of the visit of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King
Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the Arab Republic of Syria and the
outcome of the summit meeting between King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and
Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency, Al-Attiyah said that
"The results of the visit will be reflected positively in everything
that serves the two countries and their two peoples, and will be an
important step to strengthen the inter-Arab relations and Arab
solidarity".
