Kazakhstan – Israel: cooperation development
Astana, October 12, 2009 (Khabar) - The State Secretary – Minister of Foreign Affairs Kanat Saudabayev has met with Avigdor Liberman. Mister Liberman invited his colleague to visit Israel. Also the government of Israel hopes to see Prime Minister of RK Karim Massimov and the President Nursultan Nazarbayev in their country.
During his official visit Liberman plans to discuss with Kazakhstani side the questions of cooperation expanding of two counties in political, trade-economical and cultural spheres. Nowadays 182 enterprises with participation of Israeli capital are registered in Kazakhstan. Last year trade turnover between countries was about 2 and half billions of dollars. And during 8 months of the current year a volume has rapidly and has consisted more than 549 million dollars. Kazakhstan basically exports oil and cotton to Israel and imports equipment, agricultural products, plastic production and food.
