Kazakhstani President receives Israeli foreign minister

Astana, October 12, 2009 (Khabar) - Nursultan Nazarbayev has received the minister of foreign affairs of Israel at the Ak Orda palace. Avigdor Liberman noted that Israeli president Shimon Peres, who recently paid a visit to Astana, appreciates the friendly relations with the Kazakh leader very much. He also stressed that the republic of Kazakhstan is known to be an example of a tolerant state for Israel. During the talks, prospects of bilateral cooperation were discussed in trade and economics as well as cultural and humanitarian areas in particular.
