Responses to lecture of the President
Astana, October 13, 2009 (Khabar) - More than 2, 5 thousand of students of the Eurasian National University after name of Lev Gumilev became listeners of lecture of the President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
Baurzhan Mahanov, the student of 1 course of ENU:
- Our President gives a great attention to the youth policy; he encourages knowledge and a desire, eagerness to knowledge. One of numerous examples is a presidential grant is encouragement for study, for aspiration to knowledge.
Lyudmila Zadorozhnaya, the student of 1 course of ENU:
- I am very proud that the head of our fine country is person who could support all levels of population in the conditions of a world economic crisis. As he has told: the youth is our future, youth - the future of our country, the future of our nation, the future of whole world. I consider, it is very correct, because if our youth is educated and developed we can lift our country on higher level.
Kazakh National Music academy students have also listened to the lecture. Professors and students have turned special attention on that part of performance of the head of the state which concerned innovative development of an education system. The rector of Academy Aiman Musahodzhayeva has informed about soon coming opening of the Kazakh National University of Arts which will correspond to all requirements of strategy «Intellectual nation» sounded by the President at today's lecture in Almaty.
Aiman Musahodzhayeva, rector of Kazakh National Music academy:
- I think that this program is on time because we live in the global world, when whole world is constantly improved, and this program of innovations is necessary for us. In our Music Academy really talented children study, the President said that it is necessary to lift talents, to create conditions and that these talents were of use for a society.
Arman Nurgazin, the student 4 courses of Music Academy:
- There are many innovative technologies in our academy that are often applied: our new sound recording studio, our electronic library, concerts which we listen constantly, participate in.
Azamat Aktasov, student of 2 course of Music Academy:
- The clear aim was put before our teachers: to bring up the qualified musicians and to put forward this competitiveness on the international level. I think that today's lecture was very useful.
