And the tanker transported 7 thousand tons of oil. Such emergency can occur near the coast of any country. Only well prepared services are able to react coordinated and on time. - We have been persuaded that specialists of Caspian states are prepared to make right decisions in theoretically possible areas of emergency cases. But to make these measures effective they should cooperate with colleagues from neighboring countries. Whole world acts like that. Such seminars help to establish professional contacts and study technical possibilities of colleagues.
