Meetings of Prime Minister
Shymkent, October 15, 2009 (Khabar) - Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov has met with sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the president of the United Arab Emirates who has arrived to the country with business visit.
They have discussed issues of trade-economical cooperation and the ways of further development of partnership. The head of Kazakhstani government and the UAE President have noted a dynamic economical growth of both countries. Also they had a discussion around realization of joint projects. Among them are: construction of multifunctional complex “Abu Dhabi Plaza” in Astana and the opening of Islamic bank “Al Hilal”. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan is going to stay in Kazakhstan about two weeks.

- Also perspective directions of cooperation were indicated. Prime Minister of Kazakhstan has conveyed greeting to the President of Arab Emirates from the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev.
