Nursultan Nazarbayev’s lecture discussion
Dushanbe, October 19, 2009 (Khabar) - Lecture of Nursultan Nazarbayev “Kazakhstan in post-crisis world: intellectual break into future” has caused a great interest among scientists of Tajikistan. The main emphasis in the post-crisis development needs to be done on the intellectual breakthrough - the proposal of the President of Kazakhstan, according to scientists, deserves special attention. They call the lecture a program that opens very broad perspective for the young generation.
Viktor Dubovickiy, vice-director of History, Archeology and Ethnography Institute, Tajikistan:
- The section which concerns intellectualization of the nation, selection of talents at school, student's level, of course, is worthy. The purposes which are put by Nazarbayev in this plan, I think, substantially will help to raise intellectual level of the nation and will make those plans a reality.
Juma Salimov, dean of energy faculty of Polytechnic University, Tajikistan:
- I have read the speech of Nursultan Nazarbayev by Internet. All the questions that were raised by him are very urgent in global society, especially trends that he has defined. And the closest for us is the trend of energy saving. Transition to alternative sources, to renewable energy sources is very important and needed step.
The important factor in lecture of the President of Kazakhstan, according to the Tajik scientists, is universal ways of the decision of many problems. They are applicable not only for Kazakhstan, but also for all countries of region.
