Tajikistan`s debt problem for Sangtuda HPP fully solved.

MOSCOW, October 22 (Itar-Tass) -- The problem of Tajikistan's debt for
power supplies from the Sangtuda hydropower plant is fully solved, Russian
Energy Minister Sergei Shmatko told reporters on Thursday.
According to him, the intergovernmental committee "has made up a debt
repayment schedule" at its meeting on Wednesday. "Russia is fully
satisfied" with this schedule, Shmatko noted.
The minister emphasized that Tajikistan's debt is about 30 million US
dollars for power supplies made since January 1, 2009. "This debt is
calculated by various tariffs, all issues are settled," Shmatko said.
"The key provision in the agreement (on the debt for power supplies
from the Sangtuda hydropower plant) is Tajikistan's bigger contribution in
the authorized capital of the Sangtuda hydropower plant," he explained.
"The Tajik side fulfilled its liabilities, 25% plus one share in the
authorized capital were formed," he said.
