Preliminary results of maslihats elections
Astana, October 26, 2009 (Khabar) - “Nur Otan” party has gained a victory at all levels. According to the party’s secretary Sergey Gromov in all 55 districts the electors voted for the candidates from “Nur Otan”. 129 candidates took part in elections in total. 55 of them are “Nur Otan” members, 70 are independent candidates, representatives of Communist People’s party of Kazakhstan and social organizations. As Sergey Gromov has informed no violations at election points were registered by parties and NGOs observers. The final results will be announced till the end of October.

- It underlines correctness of the direction chosen by us, active work in regions of bodies of representative local authorities, deputy fractions. Following a policy of the party leader, the President of the country, actual problems at regional level are solved, cities considering the burning questions and helping our people to live better.
