Council of the Assembly of Kazakhstan People
Astana, October 26, 2009 (Khabar) - Today before session opening the State secretary-Minister for Foreign Affairs Kanat Saudabayev has held the expanded session of Council of Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan. Representatives of delegations-participants of 15th session, heads of republican ethno cultural associations, deputies of Parliament, scientists and art workers have taken part in it.
The basis of the state national policy on the nearest future, the doctrine of national unity, is developed by the instructions of the President. As the State secretary-Minister for Foreign Affairs Kanat Saudabayev has informed, the policy of the international consent became the defining factor of forward development of the country. During presidency of Kazakhstan in OSCE our country should spend general conference on tolerance and also the third additional meeting on humanitarian measurement in Vienna. As Kanat Saudabayev has underlined now humanitarian dialogue of the East and the West is difficult, and Kazakhstan is ready to be not only the initiator, but also an active conductor of dialogue between civilizations, cultures and religions.

- World and consent maintenance, equality of all citizens of Kazakhstan, all nationalities and religions became the reliable base of successful realization of strategy of Nursultan Nazarbayev on building of the new independent state first of all. And this policy of the head of the state is the factor of the further forward development of the country. Our positive experience in sphere of international relations, successful activity of the Assembly, Nursultan Abishevich's remarkable political know-how causes huge interest and respect in the world today, and we will try to use this experience in our presidency in OSCE.
Saudabayev has noticed that the Assembly status has essentially become stronger. Its work is concentrated on the decision of a key problem: maintenance of unity of the people of the country, its further rallying round the recognized leader. Major principle of the state national policy is an education of patriotism, tolerance, good knowledge as state language, and development of language unity. In realization of such policy youth which will also have the representatives in Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan should help.

- Important point of activity of all structure of leaders of ethno cultural associations is the involvement of youth and expansion of their powers. The shown initiative on formation of the youth union of Assembly allows planning and realising activity of the future youth board independently.
At Council session reports on work of vice-presidents of Assembly from republican cultural associations and reports on activity of deputies of parliament – representatives of assembly also have been delivered. For the contribution to strengthening of interethnic unity, the public consent and development of tolerance certificates of honor, letters of thanks and grants have been handed over representatives of ethno cultural associations. Also on Assembly Council new vice-presidents of Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan are selected: the leader of association of public associations of Germans of Kazakhstan Alexander Dededer and the head of fund of Russian, Slavic and Cossack organizations Yuriy Zaharov.
