Kazakh Yeli is a symbol of people’s spirit

Kyzylorda, October 28, 2009 (Khabar) - Kazakh Yeli complex is a symbol of realization of Kazakh dream, independence and greatness of people’s spirit. This is how Kyzylorda residents talk about the monument that has been opened on 20th October in Astana. According to them, Kazakh Yeli should unite people even more than previously. Chairman of Kyzylorda veterans’ city council Seilbek Shauhamanov has visited the complex as a honored guest. Veteran says that unique composition has a great significance for people.

- I think that every person associates Kazakh Yeli with something native. I have seen wide Kazakh steppes, peace and unity of our nation, its dreams and desires in this complex.

And that is true: every Kazakhstan citizen has found something that is close to his heart. Honored culture figure of Kazakhstan Almas Almatov considers Kazakh Yeli a ray of light that lightens the way of the nation.

- I think that it is not occasionally that legendary Samruk bird is placed n the top. It means that it shows us our way and protects people.

At “Future” part youth is imaged. Members of “Zhas Urpak” association think that it is the image of Kazakh dream, desire of youth to knowledge and their aim to serve the country’s prosperity.

- This complex is showing of respect to the President. With his ruling our country has achieved much success. Also that is the symbol of people’s spirit greatness and faithfulness to our ancestors’ wishes.
