The senate has approved amendments to budget 2009
Astana, October 30, 2009 (Khabar) - The means allocated for development of economy within the limits of updating of the current budget will arrive to regions not later than 15th of November.
Deputies of the Upper chamber have unanimously approved changes in the budget of current year. The main financial document from the account of macroeconomic indicators, developments of economy was corrected following the results of nine months and on the basis of recent trends in the world commodity markets. So, for example, the forecast of the world prices for oil has risen from 40 to 58 dollars for barrel. As a result expenses of the budget 2009 are reduced to 40 billion tenge, 102 billion are redistributed. 8. 7 billion tenge will go on social payments, 9.3 billion - on financing of objects of formation and public health services, 27 billion - on the decision of problems of shareholders and infrastructure development in Astana and Almaty.
