People pose questions to be answered by President

Kostanai, November 05, 2009 (Khabar) - Issues of social protection, housing construction and communal management are leading the list of questions being posed to the President through a special web site and call centre. The majority of Kostanai people have posted questions about social protection, housing construction and education. The number of questions sent to the President is growing considerably with school pupils and students are among the senders. Elderly people can feel free to use public access points.

- Very many social issues and social programs were settled, in particular, our national producers were supported and we are, builders use national materials. The main issue is creating new workplaces. And we want to know if Road Map will continue functioning and what kind of social problems will be solved.

Kostanai residents mainly ask about social protection, housing construction and education. Students and pupils lead in sphere of electronic communicating and older people come to special points to ask their questions.

Serik Bekturganov, deputy governor of Kastanai region:
- Over 80 public access points are currently in operation in the Kostanai region. People are now using them to pose their questions. Young people are very interested in this event. We know that schools also have internet access. Young people have actively joined the campaign as they have a chance of posing their questions to the head of state.
