Three days are left till direct line with the President

Astana, November 11, 2009 (Khabar) - Many Kazakh people refer to the “direct line” with the president as an open dialogue of authorities with the nation. They believe that Nursultan Nazarbayev will answer questions they are most concerned about, solve problem issues, report on priorities of the country’s development and set a number of tasks for state bodies on the 13th of November. Almost 20 thousand messages, calls and questions for the president have already been received at the call-center and they are still coming in. Subject matters cover various areas such as public health, education, culture and demography.

Zhanara Nadyrmagambetova, head of Center of maternity and childhood “Sabi”:
- We are sure the Presdient will become interested into it because his policy supports maternity and childhood. He acts in a right way because our nation begins with health of people.

Nursultan Nazarbayev will answer the most popular and frequently asked questions in a live television broadcast. The issues related to salary, housing, “Road map” program and observance of lawfulness are leading among them.

- I would be very grateful to the president if he takes into account the issues of single mothers and takes control over law enforcement officers as we always have problems with receiving alimony in time and want it to be followed up.

- I’m very grateful that he takes care of the elderly.

- I’ve run through a part of questions and there are mine among them too so I’ll be waiting forward to hearing the answers to those questions which I’m interested in.
