BOSNIA HERZEGOVINA'S PRESIDENT PRAISES NAJIB'S 1MALAYSIA

KUCHING (Bernama), Nov 12 (Bernama) -- Prime Minister Najib Razak's
1Malaysia concept has found a new fan in Bosnia and Herzegovina President Dr
Haris Silajdzic.

In his address of appreciation at the state legislative assembly here
Wednesday, Dr Silajdzic welcomed the 1Malaysia concept which emphasised the
"People First, Performance Now" slogan.

"Let me congratulate the Prime Minster of Malaysia, Najib Razak for the
implementation of his far-sighted 1Malaysia policy.

"The policy takes advantage of the ethnic diversity of the Malaysian
population and puts the people and performance as a priority in the national
development agenda," he said.

Dr Silajdzic was here, the capital of East Malaysia state of Sarawak, to
attend the "Malaysia Global Business Forum -- Bosnia".
