«Kazakh Seasons» in London

London, November 18, 2009 (Khabar) - Kazakh seasons of arts, concerts of Kazakh musicians and artists will be held in London in early December. Eleanora Bekova, renowned British musician with Kazakh roots organizes Arts Festival. She has been conducting concerts of classical music «Kazakh-Gala» in Europe for seven years. The violinist Aiman Musakhodjaeva, People's Artist of Kazakhstan will present our country abroad. She will perform with the Royal Philharmonic orchestra on the stage of London Great Hall, one of the best halls of Britain. The State Chamber Orchestra «Academy of Soloists» will perform the works of world and traditional Kazakh classical music. Cultural Tour of Kazakhstan will be held in several cities in Europe. It is also planned to hold an exhibition of contemporary fine arts of Kazakhstan in one of the world's oldest auction houses, Sotheby's. Gallery «Khas Sanat» will show 100 paintings of the Kazakhstan artists to the European viewers. Works of Vladimir Grigoryan, Andrey Nod, Bakhyt Bapishev, Marat Bekeeva and others will be exposed there.

Eleanora Bekova, musician, founder of the Center of British-Kazakh cultural relations:
- I decided to hold a series of concerts devoted to the Independence Day of Kazakhstan in December. Representing Kazakhstan in London is certainly a great thing, and we must do it correctly and wisely. Every year, I collaborate with the best orchestra in the world, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. And the soloists, will come to us, this year Ayman Musakhodjaeva will play the Sibelius concert. And everybody is waiting, and a big boom here.

Ayman Musakhodjaeva, rector of the Kazakh National Music Academy:
- We should declare about ourselves precisely due to culture. And we can do it, we have excellent artists and wonderful exhibitions! Together with Eleanora we visited seven regions of Kazakhstan, west and south, and we saw talented people everywhere, rich culture and traditions.
