KBS board picks Kim In-kyu as new CEO
SEOUL, Nov. 19 (Yonhap) -- The KBS board of directors nominated Kim In-kyu, chairman of the Digital Media Industry Association, as the public broadcaster's new CEO Thursday.
The board said it selected Kim out of five candidates and will recommend him on
Friday to be appointed by President Lee Myung-bak.
Kim, 59, has served in various posts at KBS and was on the election campaign team
for Lee Myung-bak in the 2007 presidential election. (Yonhap)
