Meeting of commission on state awards under RK president

Astana, November 21, 2009 (Khabar) - The secretary of state and the foreign affairs minister Kanat Saudabayev was the chairman of the final meeting of the commission on state awards under the president of Kazakhstan. Kanat Saudabayev noted that this year the representatives of the agricultural sector should be awarded first. According to the results of the work of the commission, this year the president is to examine such candidates for awards as farmers, cultural figures, employees of science, education, veterans of war and labour, military men and police officers.

- According to tradition, on the threshold of our main holiday, Independence Day, the best citizens of the country who made significant contribution to the socio-economic, cultural and humanitarian development of the country and the administration of law will be awarded with medals.
