Soyuz module lands in Kazakhstan
Kostanai, December 02, 2009, Khabar - A Soyuz module carrying the 21st crew of the International Space Station including Russian commander Roman Romanenko, Belgian flight engineer Frank De Winne and Canadian flight engineer Robert Thirsk has successfully landed in Kazakhstan. Despite thick fog, the capsule successfully landed in the planned site 85 kilometres north the town of Arkalyk at 13:17 Astana time. Due to cloudy weather, helicopters were unable to watch the descending module as the visibility was only 300 metres. The crew is feeling alright and they have already been delivered to the town of Arkalyk. The returned astronauts had worked at the ISS for almost 188 days.
