The authorities report before the party members
Ust-Kamenogorsk, December 11, 2009 (Khabar) - In Ust-Kamenogorsk, the leadership of the region reported before the members of “Nur Otan” party. This form of cooperation allows quickly respond to the accumulated problems in the region and successfully implement the tasks. This year emphasis was placed on increasing the share of Kazakhstan’s content in the economy and implementation of the Presidential program “100 schools, 100 hospitals”. This exhibition is attended by many people in uniform. Military people carefully study the stands with the products and high-tech equipment. Army needs communications, building materials and automobiles. All this is done in the east of the country. And the share of Kazakhstan’s content is steadily increasing. Military orders is more than two and a half billion tenge in East Kazakhstani region.
Yerzhan Aitakov, head of operational department of General Directorate cantonment of military forces of RK:
- We are very pleased the producers are local and they work only with local raw materials. The quality of products meets all the requirements, which makes the Ministry of Defense for producers.
Berdybek Saparbayev began his report to the party members with good news. Economy of East Kazakhstani region starts to increase volumes. Several new metallurgical industries will be launched here the next year.
Berdybek Saparbayev, governor of East Kazakhstani region:
- One of the biggest projects is construction of mining and processing enterprise on the territory Ayagoz district. It costs 2 billion tenge, and it is built by a joint stock company “Kazakhmys”. The company allocated more than 300 million for social infrastructure.
Using of funds allocated for Road Map, implementation of the presidential program “100 schools, 100 hospitals” and realization of pre-election platform are at the special control of “Nur Otan” party. All obligations were fulfilled. Over 2 thousand kilometers of roads, 300 educational institutions and healthcare establishments are repaired in the region. Three more schools are to be opened the next year.
Nurlan Nigmatulin, first deputy chairman of “Nur Otan” party:
- Thanks to timely measures initiated by head of state and leader of our party, we were able to maintain not only a stable financial position, but continue to implement all the plans that were outlined in the national platform and other documents. Especially it should be noted the implementation of many social projects was possible due to clear and principled position of President of the country
Common residents of East Kazakhstani region also have come to meet with Nurlan Nigmatullin. Executive power and the party will work on the industrialization of the country. The program starts in January 2010. The Ulba metallurgical plant is ready to implement several new projects. The party cell of the company is one of many in the region. The members of “Nur Otan” will support all initiatives on producing of high-tech products.
