Problem of more than 5000 real estate investors will be solved till end of the year in the capita. And in 2010 the issue of housing members share construction plans to close completely. Residential complex “Independence” is considered to be one of the largest capital projects with 330 apartments. - I would like to remind you that around 450 construction sites in the country stopped suddenly. As a result, 62 800 shared construction participants were on the edge of disaster. At that very difficult moment, the head of state, Nursultan Nazarbayev took an extraordinary decision and asked for 550 billion tenge to be allocated from the government and city administrations to complete the construction of those facilities and houses to enable the shared construction participants to obtain their housing.
According to the Astana city administration, next year shared construction issues will be solved completely. This is another instruction made by the president to solve the lack of nursery schools. This year, 3 such centres are to appear in the houses which are being completed with the money allocated by the government.
