Simplification of registration of juridical persons

Astana, December 24, 2009 (Khabar) - Majilis approved the proposals of the conciliation commission on changes in legislation on compulsory and mutual insurance, and taxation. The bill is aimed at solving of problems of legal regulation in sphere of compulsory and mutual insurance, as well as ensuring of appropriate level of insurance to protect the interests of citizens. In particular, the amendments include the expansion of guarantees the Guarantee Fund of guaranteeing insurance payments by including all types of compulsory insurance system to guarantee insurance payments, as well as increased requirements for insurance companies in obtaining licenses for these types of insurance. Members agree with the amendments of Senate into a bill on simplification of state registration of business subjects.
Also, according to the amendment, one-stop-shop service centres pass to the jurisdiction of local executive bodies, minimum size of capital for small businesses, created in the form of limited partnerships is reduced to 100 tenge, instead of the current 100 monthly calculated indicators. The document is accepted and sent for signing to the head of state.
