Realization of state program of housing construction
Aktobe, January 03, 2009, Khabar – 120 families received new apartments in Kandyagash town of Aktobe region. A house in “Molodyozhnyi” micro district was put to expolittaion here in framework of state program of housing construction. Teachers, doctors, state employees and veterans received new apartments. Bisenbai Kuzdibayev will celebrate 80th anniversary soon but he says today’s date is more important for him. He is celebrating house warming party.
Bisenbai Kuzdibayev, veteran:
- Sure, I invited all my relatives for house warming party. My children, 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren will come in an obligatory way. I am sure this flat will become a dear home for my entire family.
Construction of this house was begun about 20 years ago but then erection was stopped. In 2009 the building was reconstructed due to the funds of regional budget.
Serik Shangutov, governor of Mugalzhar district:
- New Year we celebrate with good achievements. There are still many problems in the district but I want to stress all of them are solvable. I hope for your support and I am sure you are competent specialists.
There are about 10 many-storey buildings in Kandyagash, the construction of which was stopped several months ago. Currently the specialists inspect their technical condition because the authorities plan to repair these buildings and provide with dwelling those people of the town who need apartments.
