REGULATION APPROVED ON ALLOWANCES DISTRIBUTION

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ Government released Wednesday at its meeting a resolution on some actions to grant allowances to citizens of Mongolia.
In accordance with the resolution, a "Regulation on spending money from the Human Development Fund (HDF)", a "Regulation on granting allowances to the citizen of Mongolia" and a draft form of a book of HDF have been approved.
Government tasked Minister of Social Welfare and Labor T.Gandi to organize a distribution of allowances from HDF to Mongolian citizens commencing February 1, 2010. The allowances will be allocated in two stages, the first installation will be given starting February 1, 2010.
In addition to it, the government charged Deputy Premier N.Altankhuyag to carry out and complete a renewed civil registration in 2010. The Minister of Social Welfare and Labor T.Gandi was also given an assignment to finish a work of distributing allowances within this year.
