Accused in huge fraud case had ties with political directors: Iran`s prosecutor

TEHRAN, Feb. 18 (MNA) – Tehran prosecutor general announced on Saturday that the accused in the 2.6 fraud case paid bribes to bank managers and had connections with certain executive and political directors. Abbas Jafari Dolatabadi made the revelation in the first trial session of the defendants which was held before media. The prosecutor said the accused established “improper connections with certain executive and political elements and paid bribes”.
