“A Separation” in Iranian TV lineup for Noruz

TEHRAN,March 5(MNA) -- The Oscar-winning Iranian film “A Separation” will be screened on the Iranian TV in Noruz, the Iranian New Year holidays. The Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) has recently acquired the TV screening rights of the film. IRIB’s Channel 1 is scheduled to broadcast the film on March 30. The Filmiran Company is the domestic distributor of the film, which won the foreign language film Oscar last week. Over 30 companies have contracts with writer/director/producer Asghar Farhadi to distribute the film around the world.
