Fair filmfest announces jury members for Iranian competition

TEHRAN,Jan.28(MNA) -- The organizers of the 30th Fajr International Film Festival announced the jury members of the Iranian film section on Thursday. “Havana File” director Alireza Raissian, “Mokhtarnameh” director Davud Mirbaqeri, and “Alzheimer” director Ahmadreza Motamedi are among the jury members. Iranian filmmakers Abolqasem Talebi, Jamal Shurjeh, and Yadollah Samadi and actor Davud Rashidi have also been selected for the jury. Cinematography director Esfandiar Shahidi and musician Majid Entezami are other members of the jury. A total of 32 films will be contending for Crystal Simorgh in the Iranian film section of the festival, which will be running in Tehran and several Other Iranian cities from February 1 to 11.
