HRH Crown Prince meets Russian ambassador

Manama, Feb. 19. (BNA) -- His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, met at the at Gudaibiya Palace today Victor Smirnov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Bahrain, to mark the end of the diplomat's service in the Kingdom. His Royal Highness emphasised the strength of relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Russia and the importance of their development across all levels. His Royal Highness outlined the significant role played by the Ambassador in further enhancing Bahrain-Russian ties, wishing him every success in his future duties. His Royal Highness also affirmed Bahrain’s commitment to further increasing coordination and collaboration with the Russian Federation across various sectors. The Russian Ambassador praised the support he had received throughout his tenure in Bahrain and extended his thanks and appreciation to His Royal Highness for his continuous support in developing and strengthening ties between the two countries.
