Iranian productions offered at European Film Market in Berlin

TEHRAN,Feb.16(MNA) -- A collection of Iranian film productions is being offered at the European Film Market (EFM), which is held on the sidelines of the Berlin Film Festival. Representatives of Iran’s Farabi Cinematic Foundation (FCF), the Visual Media Institute, and the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting attended the event to promote the productions, FCF announced in a press release on Wednesday. They held talks with several foreign film companies and the organizers of international festivals. Details about the agreements signed between the Iranian organizations, foreign companies and festivals will be published by the FCF in the near future. “The Wooden Bridge”, “Growing in the Wind”, “Awakening”, “The Bear”, “Hotchpotch”, “Cinema Dream”, and several other films have been offered by the Iranian organizations at the market, which opened on February 9. The market has placed “Hotchpotch” and “Cinema Dream” on its screening schedule. The Berlin Film Festival ended on Tuesday, but the market will run until February 17.
