Jordan's Deputy House Speaker receives State Information Minister

Manama: April 3 – (BNA): The Jordanian House of Representatives Deputy Speaker Ahmed Al-Safadi received the Minister of State for Information Affairs and Government Official Spokesperson, Sameera Ebrahim bin Rajab. The meeting cited the advanced level of close, deep-rooted brotherly bilateral cooperation relations which serve the welfare of both two countries and peoples in all fields laid down by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein. The meeting was attended by Bahrain’s Ambassador to Jordan, Nasser Al-Kaabi and several Jordanian officials. Al-Safadi briefed the Minister about the Jordanian parliamentary experience over the past decades, emphasizing the comprehensive reform process led by HM King Abdullah II of Jordan in all political and economic aspects aimed to enable Jordan to keep abreast of latest developments and to overcome all challenges. The Minister praised the solid brotherly bilateral ties between Bahrain and Jordan, which existed over the decades in all fields thanks to the great keenness of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa on maintaining, developing and boosting the bilateral relations with Jordan. The Minister affirmed the stable conditions in the Kingdom of Bahrain, pointing out that there is an unfair, unrealistic "media war" now being waged against Bahrain to tarnish its security and stability. Bahrain is experiencing a comprehensive ongoing reform process and interested in benefiting from the Jordanian pioneering experience in this aspect, expressing her pride to see the huge development manifest in Jordan in all walks of life, she concluded.
