King’s health condition improves

BANGKOK, Oct 12 (TNA) - His Majesty the King’s health condition has improved and he no longer feels abdominal pain when he moves his body, according to a statement issued by the Royal Household Bureau. The sixth statement on Saturday quoted doctors at Bangkok’s Siriraj Hospital as saying that His Majesty’s temperature was high on Friday afternoon so they decided to change the antibiotics given to him intravenously, causing the temperature to return to normal at night. Doctors were also satisfied with His Majesty the King’s condition after the surgery to remove his gallbladder on October 5. The statement said his heart rate as well as blood pressure were normal.
