Mom, daughter bring “Secret Garden” to IAF

TEHRAN,Feb.7(MNA) – The Iranian Artists Forum (IAF) is playing host to a joint exhibition entitled “Secret Garden” by mother and daughter Gizella and Yasmin Sinaii. The exhibition opened at the Iranshahr Café Gallery of the forum here on Saturday where a collection of paintings and sculptures are on display. Gizella’s cleavers bearing paintings on the blades are hanging on the wall beside her paintings of a combination of Iranian traditional motifs in a modern style. Yasmin’s collection of sculptures represents angels in a realistic style. The exhibit will be running until February 19 at the gallery located on Musavi St., off Taleqani Ave. The Sinaii family including father filmmaker (Khosrow), daughters and son had previously held a family exhibit in Tehran in 2010.
