Voting on presidental election ended in Kyrgyzstan

Kyrgyzstan finished voting in the election of the President, KyrTAG agency reported. By law, the vote in all areas of the country ends on October 30 in 19:00 local time. As previously reported, the preliminary results of voting CEC intends to announce in the morning on October 31. The final results can be declared within 22 days. In general, throughout the country was open 2 thousand 289 polling stations. Also, for the organization of elections outside of Kyrgyzstan opened on 29 territorial polling stations in embassies and consulates in 56 countries and abroad. Voting in Kyrgyzstan within Election Day was held from 8:00 to 19:00 hours. Around 900 international observers observed the voting. OSCE calls the voters' lists the main problem of the election. Candidates say the massive electoral fraud. President elected for 6 years by direct and secret ballot, and his tenure is limited to one term. The candidate who receives a vote of 50% +1 vote. If no candidate wins the required number of votes, the two candidates who took the highest places, participate in the second round, held not earlier than two weeks after the official date of the election.
