‘Saudi proposal on Syria will undermine regional security’

TEHRAN,Feb.13(MNA) – The Iranian deputy foreign minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said that Saudi Arabia’s recent proposal to the United Nations General Assembly calling for the adoption of a resolution against Syria poses a threat to regional security. It has recently been reported that Saudi Arabia has made such a proposal. However, Now Lebanon news website quoted an unidentified official at the Saudi Foreign Ministry as saying that Riyadh had not made such a proposal.
