Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Prime Minister and chairman of the National commission for 2016 Olympic preparation Ch.Saikhanbileg witnessed Thursday a course of training of Mongolian athletes to compete in the forthcoming Olympic Games in Brazil.
The Premier met with athletes as well as para-athletes and their coaches who have been qualified in sports of judo, weightlifting, athletics, freestyle wrestling and shooting.
During the meeting, the vice president of the Mongolian Judo Association (MJA) B.Pagva asked the Premier to pay attention to improving the supply of vitamins and other supplements to athletes, while the secretary-general of the Mongolian Federation of Weightlifting (MFW) D.Davaadorj said Mongolian athletes are capable to show big successes at international competitions when the athletes are provided with better training facilities.
Qualified shooters O.Gundegmaa and Ts.Monkhzul pointed out the national team for shooting is still suffering lack of training bullets, so they asked the Premier to help them bring the bullets to be supplied from the Great Britain.
Ch.Saikhanbileg tasked officials of the Ministry of Health and Sport, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Mongolian Airlines (MIAT) to promptly resolve all these problems to provide the athletes with favorable training conditions for Olympics.
