Draft amendment to law on traffic safety submitted

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A member of parliament Kh.Temuujin Thursday submitted to parliament a draft amendment to the law on traffic safety. In three clauses, the amendment says about regulations that would clearly determine those officials who has a right to perform arrests, and would abolish duplicated punishments. The initiators said the draft, fully harmonized with the Constitution and some laws, would end some contradictions in related laws and make the legal responsibilities/punishments clearer and more effective.
