Iran’s progress will make sanctions ineffective: Lebanese FM

TEHRAN, Jan. 9 (MNA) – Sanctions against Iran over the past three decades have gotten the West nowhere fast, Lebanese Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour told Iranian Ambassador to Lebanon Ghazanfar Roknabadi during a meeting on Saturday. Mansour also said that the Islamic republic’s advances in various areas will make the sanctions result in fail. He called the sanctions against Iran “blessings” and said that they have led the Islamic Republic to make great advances in various spheres such as economy and science.
