Iran to participate in quartet meeting in Baghdad

TEHRAN,March 1 (MNA) – Iran`s parliament speaker’s advisor on international issues, Hossein Sheikholeslam, announced on Wednesday that the Islamic Republic will participate in the quartet meeting in Baghdad in the presence of Saudi Arabian and Turkish officials. During the 5th International Conference in Support for Palestine’s Intifada in Tehran in early October 2011, the speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives Usama Abdu'l Aziz al-Nujayfi invited his Iranian counterpart Ali Larijani to participate the meeting, Sheikholeslam told reporters.
