Obama’s policies toward Iran ineffective: Iranian Majlis speaker

TEHRAN, Feb.25 (MNA) – Iranian Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani said the policies that U.S. President Barack Obama has adopted toward the Islamic Republic are ineffective although they are “bitter than ever.” During a speech on Thursday, he said that the United States will get nowhere with these policies because it is facing a “strong nation”, a reference to the Iranian people’s steadfastness. Threats issued by the global arrogance (forces of Imperialism) against Iran will redouble the nation’s determination to make progress, Larijani stated.
