President Ts.Elbegdorj to pay official visit to Republic of Korea

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj will pay an official visit to the Republic of Korea on May 18-20 at the invitation of his South Korean counterpart Park Geun-hye. During the forthcoming visit, the two Presidents are set to share views on a broad range of issues related to fostering bilateral comprehensive partnership relations, keeping frequency of high-level mutual visits, strengthening bilateral economic ties and cooperation as well as on regional and international issues of mutual concern. Following the official talks with his counterpart, President Elbegdorj plans to receive Chung Ui-hwa, the Speaker of the National Assembly and Park Won-soon, the Mayor of Seoul city. In accordance with the visit program, Elbegdorj will hold a meeting with his fello w country people residing in South Korea, give a lecture on the topic “Foreign policy of Mongolia and regional security” at the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and give an interview to the KBS TV channel.
