Supreme Leader orders establishment of high council of cyberspace

TEHRAN, March 7 (MNA) – Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, in a decree issued on Wednesday, ordered the establishment of the high council of cyberspace and appointed a number of natural and legal persons to the council. The president, the Majlis speaker, the Judiciary chief, the director of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, the secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, the minister of information and communications technology, the minister of culture and Islamic guidance, the minister of science, research, and technology, the commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, and the National Police chief are the legal persons on the council.
