The unqualified should not register for Iran`s Majlis polls: Ayatollah Jannati

TEHRAN, Dec. 23 (MNA) – The leader of this week’s Friday prayers in Tehran said that the unqualified persons should not register as candidates for the March parliamentary elections because the Guardian Council will not approve their qualification. Ayatollah Jannati also attached great significance to the maximum presence of the Iranian people at the ballot boxes and said the people’ massive participation in elections has always been a cause of disappointment for the enemies.
