Yemeni president hails Arab Coalition's role in support of his country

RIYADH, 3rd August, 2016 (WAM) -- President of Yemen Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi has praised the role played by the Arab Coalition, especially the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE, in supporting Yemen. During a joint meeting, held yesterday at his temporary residence in Riyadh, with his advisors and members of the Yemeni government’s delegation in Kuwait, Hadi praised the efforts exerted by the government team during consultations in Kuwait for 75 days. He also pointed out that these efforts were made to achieve peace as a desirable end and in response to the fraternal and friendly calls as well as to implement the international resolutions, including the UN resolution 2216, the Gulf initiative and the outcomes of the comprehensive national dialogue conference.
