Bahrain achievers invited

Manama, Nov. 4 (BNA): The Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) has invited all athletes and non-athletes with gold medals won in 2018 – the so-called ‘year of only gold’ initiative, to submit their names in an attempt to document their respective achievements. Bahrain’s achievers, either in sports, cultural, scientific or religious competitions, are requested to contact BOC by submitting their data through the email or by calling the telephone number 17176663. The ‘only gold’ theme is an initiative launched by Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports Chairman, and BOC President, to motivate Bahrainis to excel in their respective challenges.
